Figure 1. Agonist-induced Serine354/Serine359 phosphorylation of the Relaxin Receptor 4. Upper panel, HEK293 cells stably expressing the RXFP4-Receptor (RXFP4) were either not exposed or exposed to 1 µM of RXFP3-Receptor agonists Relaxin-3 for 30 minutes. Cells were lysed and immunoblotted with the anti-pS354/pS359-RXFP4 antibody (7TM00354A) at a dilution of 1:1000. Lower panel, blot was stripped and reprobed with an phosphorylation-independent anti-RXFP4 antibody to confirm equal loading of the gel.
