Figure 1. Agonist-induced Threonine351 phosphorylation of the Lysophosphatidic Acid Receptor 1. Upper panel, HEK293 cells stably expressing the LPA1-Receptor (LPA1) were either not exposed or exposed to 1 µM of LPA1-Receptor agonists 1-oleoyl-LPA for 30 minutes. Cells were lysed and immunoblotted with the anti-pT351-LPA1 antibody (7TM00272C) at a dilution of 1:1000. Lower panel, blot was stripped and reprobed with an phosphorylation-independent anti-LPA1 antibody to confirm equal loading of the gel.
