The non-phospho-OR51E1 receptor antibody is directed against the distal end of the carboxyl-terminal tail of human OR51E1. It can be used to detect total OR51E1 receptors in Western blots independent of phosphorylation. The OR51E1 antibody can also be used to isolate and enrich OR51E1 receptors from tissue lysates.
Figure 1. Validation of the GPR34 Receptor in transfected HEK293 cells. Native HEK293 cells (MOCK) or HEK293 cells stably expressing the GPR34 Receptor (GPR34) were lysed and immunoblotted with the phosphorylation-independent anti-GPR34 antibody (7TM0101N) at a dilution of 1:1000.
